Clara Heinemann

Lawyer and graduate in finance. After completing her studies in finance and working at the Federal Finance Court in Munich, she studied law at the University of Augsburg while working in the appeals department of the Augsburg-Stadt tax office.

After working at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles specialising in German-US matters and in the practice group at SKW Schwarz specialising in advising private clients, she joined the law firm PONTES Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB in March 2024.

Clara Heinemann advises wealthy individuals and entrepreneurs on domestic and foreign matters relating to tax-optimised corporate and succession planning. In addition to foundation, corporate and inheritance law, her work primarily covers gift and inheritance tax law. She also assists with the preparation of voluntary disclosures to avoid criminal prosecution.
