Tobias Keeve LL.M.

Tobias Keeve is a tax consultant and studied business law at the Universities of Lüneburg and Glasgow as well as in the ‘Taxation’ master’s programme at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg.

After working for a ‘Big Four’ tax consulting and auditing firm and the Family Business and Private Clients practice group at Flick Gocke Schaumburg, among others, he joined the team at PONTES Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB in 2024.

His advisory focus is on tax aspects of succession planning with regard to private and business assets; in particular inheritance and gift tax advice, conversions in preparation for company succession and the use of family foundations.
