Lawyer and tax consultant, founding partner, studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau and Munich and completed her doctorate under Prof. Dr. Christian Rolfs on company pension schemes for GmbH managing directors.

After working for in the family office of HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG, Düsseldorf, as Head of Private Banking Tax Germany at PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, as a partner and member of the Private Finance division management of Warth & Klein Grant Thornton AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Düsseldorf, she initially initiated gkn Gräfe Klümpen-Neusel and finally founded PONTES Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB with offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich in 2024 together with Pawel Blusz and Christoph Hübner.

Dr. Klümpen-Neusel’s advisory services focus on tax asset structuring, the taxation and tax structuring of capital investments and succession planning.
