Gabriele Müller

Tax advisor and partner, studied economics at Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg.

After working at an interdisciplinary law firm in Frankfurt am Main and in the private clients division at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Frankfurt am Main, Ms. Müller spent many years as managing director of Claria Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH. In January 2026, she and her team joined the law firm PONTES Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB.

In addition to traditional compliance services, our advisory focus extends in particular to the tax-optimized structuring of assets and comprehensive tax support for investments in both business and private contexts.

In the area of real estate investments, our advisory services cover structuring, ongoing taxation, and exit planning. For investments in partnerships and corporations, our services range from tax support for acquisitions and restructurings to the optimization of distribution and divestiture strategies.
