This is because all three founding partners bring their many years of expertise from internationally renowned auditing and law firms to their own consultancy firm.
The wealth of experience of the three partners is reflected in the nomenclature of the major law firms they have worked for. These include the auditing firms PWC and Warth & Klein Grant Thornton as well as the leading tax law firm FGS and the partner-managed commercial law firm Rittershaus. The latter in particular are regarded as top addresses for medium-sized companies and private clients.

The professional and personal affinity for tax advice on complex private and corporate assets has connected all three of them at all stages. In their own smart unit, in addition to providing tax, legal and strategic advice to families and foundations, they are now particularly focussed on structuring assets from an owner-strategic perspective.
