Dr. Florian Lindermann

Lawyer, tax advisor and salary partner*, studied law in Frankfurt am Main and Lausanne and completed his doctorate in International Tax Law as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Tim Florstedt at EBS University for Business and Law.

From 2019, he initially worked as a lawyer and then also as a tax advisor and Associated Partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in the Family-Owned Businesses and Private Clients as well as International Tax Law practice groups, and in 2026 he joined the team at PONTES Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB.

His practice focuses in particular on strategic advice in national and international Civil and Tax Law.

Dr. Florian Lindermann advises businesses, entrepreneurs, private clients and their foundations, as well as family offices on wealth and succession planning, and is particularly well versed in the associated tax aspects.

His areas of expertise include business succession, taxation of companies and entrepreneurs, international tax law, crypto assets, and tax litigation, complemented by comprehensive expertise in corporate law.

In 2025, Dr. Florian Lindermann was recognized as a “One to watch” in Tax Law by Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers.
