Johanna Boberg
Lawyer and senior manager Johanna Boberg studied law at the University of Münster and the University of Santiago de Compostela. During her legal clerkship, she held positions at the German Embassy in Santiago de Chile and at a renowned business law firm in London.
After several years working in the Private Clients team at Taylor Wessing in Düsseldorf and Munich, she joined PONTES Tax & Law in January 2026.
Johanna Boberg’s practice focuses on family and inheritance law. She advises on the negotiation and drafting of marriage contracts as well as divorce settlements and assists entrepreneurial families with estate planning. The matters she handles often involve complex international implications.
